Payment

WO CLÉ accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay and Bank transfer. Payment will not be charged from your account, until your order is processed. All amounts are in Danish Kroner. Danish Kroner and incl. VAT.

Shipping

WO CLÉ strives to ship orders on the same day if they are placed before 5 pm, orders placed after 5 pm are shipped the following day.
We ship to all locations in Denmark. Shipping fees from DKK 40. Orders will be shipped to the delivery address given upon placing the order, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
Your order can be shipped by PostNord.
Note: In case of insufficient space at the designated delivery address, the shipment will be placed at the nearest delivery address, in which case additional information will be provided. In case of unexpected problems, feel free to contact customer support.
We ship orders on all weekdays. Your shipment will be delivered 1-3 weekdays after placing your order.
Special delivery conditions apply for certain goods. Conditions for specific goods will be shown prior to purchase if they apply to said goods.

Complaints

Goods bought at WO CLÉ are covered by two years right of complaint in accordance with Danish law. The right of complaint covers eventual defects in material and/or production of a given product. Depending on the circumstances of the complaint, it is possible to have the product repaired, exchanged for another product, the price of the product reduced or have your money back. The right of complaint does not apply in cases were errors or defects are caused by wear, improper maintenance or mishandling of the product. You need to make use of your right to complain within a “reasonable amount of time” after you have discovered an error or defect. WO CLÉ will cover shipping fees insofar they are reasonable.

WO CLÉ does not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) shipments.

Refunds

If a refund is applicable, you will be asked to provide your banking information in the form of an account number. so that the agreed upon amount can be transferred. The information can safely be provided in an e-mail or other electronic means of communication, as these are not sensitive pieces of information and given they will only be used for our completion of the refund.

Return policy

Products purchased through our webshop can be returned within 14 days.
The 14 day window begins on the day;
– You receive your order.
– Physically receive the last product, insofar more than one product has been ordered, but are set to be delivered separately.
– Receive the last part, insofar there is an agreement concerning the delivery of products consisting of more than one part.
– Receive the first product, insofar the order concerns regular delivery of products over a designated time period.
When returning a product, you will be required to cover any shipping fees associated with returning said product.
If you wish to cancel an order, and make use of your right of withdrawal, you must notify us no later than 14 days after placing the order, and you must return the order no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your wish to cancel the order. You can notify us by e-mail at store@wocle.dk. In the e-mail whereby you notify us of your wish to cancel an order, clarify that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. When returning an order, you will need to fill out the attached return slip and send the order to:

You cannot cancel an order merely by refusing to receive delivery of the order, without giving prior notice to us.

Goods excempt from the right of withdrawal.

The following goods are excempt from the right of withdrawal:
– Goods produced to the specifications of the costumor or goods which in some other manner have received a clearly identibiable custom feature or attribute.
– Sealed goods, that due to safety, health, or hygiene related concerns cannot be returned, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
– Goods which, due to their inherent nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
– Goods where the seal has been broken.
– Completed non-financial services, where the delivery of the service has begun following the costumer’s explicit consent and recognition of the fact that the right of withdrawal ceases, when the service has been completed.
– Delivery of digital content, that are not delivered through a physical medium, the delivery of which has begun following the customer’s explicit consent and recognition of the fact that, the customer hereby forfeits their right of withdrawal.
– Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription deals for such publications.
– Transaction agreements made at public auctions.
– Goods that, within a short amount of time, deteriorates or expires.

Returns

You must send your return order, with no unnecessary delay, no later than 14 days after you have taken use of your right of withdrawal. You must cover any fees directly associated with the return shipment. When you return your order, you are responsible for the order being properly packaged. You must include a copy of the order confirmation in the return package . Your return order can be processed even sooner, if you also fill out and include our withdrawal form.
You bear the complete responsibility for the goods in your return order, from the moment the goods are delivered to you, to the moment they are back in our possession.
WO CLÉ does not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) shipments.

The condition of the goods upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product, which is due to any handling of the product other than what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, properties and the manner in which it functions. Meaning that you can try the product on, in a similar manner as if you tried it on in a physical store.

If the product is handled in a manner which goes beyond what is previously described, the product will be regarded as used. Meaning, that by returning a product, you may only partially be compensated the product’s purchase price, or you may not be compensated at all, depending on the sellable value of the returned product at the time it is back in our possession. Therefore, to be compensated the full purchase price of the product, you can try the product on, but you must not take use of it.

Refunds

If you cancel your order, you will be refunded the entire amount of the purchase in question.
In the event you are liable for the deterioation in value of a given product, you intend to return, this will be deducted from the refund amount.
By taking use of your right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including shipping fees (excluding extra shipping fees incurred as a result of your choice for other delivery arrangements than the cheapest option for standard shipping, that we can provide), without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the date, where we have received notice of your decision to use your right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the return order, unless you have previously provided us with documentation proving the order to be returned.

Complaints

A complaint regarding a product or service can be send to the Centre for Complaint Resolution (“Center for Klageløsning”), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can complain to the “Center for Klageløsning” through the Complaint Portal of the Nævnenes Hus.
