FERRAGUS by Arpa is inspired by the dark mysticism of old Paris — a tribute to the alchemists, the hidden laboratories, and the infamous poisoner Madame de Brinvilliers. It’s a fragrance that feels like a whisper from the past, wrapped in smoke, spice, and bloom.

It opens with fiery black pepper and golden saffron, unfolding into a narcotic heart of rose and exotic ylang ylang. As the scent deepens, patchouli and copahu resin anchor it in warm, hypnotic earthiness.

Each bottle is suspended within a sculptural glycerin capsule, crafted by Barnabé Fillion and Brian Thoreen, and hand-blown by Jochen Holz. Designed to evolve with its surroundings, the case can be used as a scent diffuser — a living part of the Arpa ritual.

FERRAGUS is a perfume of contradiction — delicate yet dangerous, floral yet feral. A fragrant relic from the depths of transformation.
